Four Standout Moments That Shaped TYS in 2025
As 2025 winds down, we look at moments that made this year an exciting one for Trust Your Supplier. The procurement world moved fast, with new risks, rising expectations, and global challenges. These shifts pushed us to innovate for our customers and partners.
Several milestones stood out this year. From launching new capabilities to earning industry recognition, each moment shapes where TYS is headed next. Below are four highlights from 2025.
1. Launching Supplier Connect: A New Era of Collaboration
February 2025
We began the year with the launch of TYS Supplier Connect, a revitalized online portal designed to streamline communication and collaboration between suppliers and their current or prospective customers.
With TYS Supplier Connect, suppliers can build a comprehensive profile, called a “digital wallet”, that centralizes key company information. This includes UNSPSC codes, certifications, licenses, insurance documentation, banking details, and more. As a result, onboarding moves faster, communications improve and both parties gain a clear, auditable record.
Most importantly, Supplier Connect reduces the back-and-forth that traditionally slows onboarding. By making information easier to share and update, teams on both sides can work more efficiently and start new relationships on the right foot.

2. Winning Pure Procurement’s 2025 ProcureTech Cup
April 2025
An energizing moment came in April when TYS was named the winner of the 2025 ProcureTech Cup. The tournament, run by Pure Procurement Newsletter and styled after March Madness, brought friendly competition to the procurement technology space.
In total, the tournament generated more than 800,000 views and 7,000+ votes. Seeing so many procurement professionals rally behind TYS was genuinely exciting. Beyond the win itself, the event introduced our platform to thousands of new organizations. We’re incredibly grateful for the support.
3. Introducing TYS Essentials: Built for the Mid-Market
July 2025
Another major milestone came in July with the launch of TYS Essentials, a streamlined version of our platform designed specifically for mid-market teams. These teams face the same onboarding, risk, and compliance challenges as large enterprises, but often with fewer resources and tighter deadlines. TYS Essentials was created to deliver powerful tools without the complexity or the cost.
Right out of the box, teams can:
- speed up supplier onboarding,
- automate approvals,
- monitor real-time risk signals,
- and keep compliance documentation organized and up to date.
In addition, helpful features like data enrichment, profile validation, and tariff exposure scoring to help organizations stay ahead of changes in global trade.
Ultimately, the goal was simple: make it easier for organizations to get the capabilities they need, faster. Early response is incredibly positive!
4. Named to the Art of Procurement’s ProcureTech100
December 2025
The year wrapped up on a high note with the news that TYS was included in the 2025/26 ProcureTech100, a list that recognizes the most innovative digital procurement solutions across the globe. It’s curated by Art of Procurement in partnership with McKinsey & Company. Earning a place on this list is something that makes our whole team incredibly proud.
For us, this recognition is really about the progress our customers and partners drive every day. It encourages us to keep building tools that make onboarding easier, reduce risk, and help organizations create stronger, more reliable supply chains.
