Every agent action is logged, timestamped and traceable, the same auditability your compliance team requires from every other part of your procurement process.
Built on blockchain architecture
Auditors ask a simple question: can this record have been changed without anyone knowing? On TYS, the answer is no. Each supplier record is checked against third-party sources when it enters the platform and then sealed on a blockchain-based ledger, so it is cryptographically secured, immutable, and traceable through every change and approval.
That is why the records hold up in an audit, and why a buyer can rely on the history behind every change. The architecture is protected under U.S. Patent No. 11,488,271, and TYS is audited annually by A-LIGN against SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2, with no exceptions.
Where the Work Started
We have been building this foundation since 2018: verified supplier records, compliance evidence attached to each record, continuous risk monitoring and traceable decisions, integrated with ERP and procurement systems including SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics and QuickBooks Enterprise.
