Why are we asking for this information?
A comprehensive list of Client suppliers serves several valuable purposes: 1. TYS can determine the effort required to onboard based on a comparison of Client suppliers to those ALREADY available on the network and 2. TYS will rationalize this list using corporate hierarchy mapping.
This report will provide insight into the following critical supplier attributes: 1. In cooperation with Client, TYS can determine the volume of “tail suppliers” which may impact the suppliers’ decision to join the network and 2. Supplier segmentation provides TYS an understanding of the importance of the supplier to the client.
TYS will assess current data enrichment subscriptions and strategies to recommend enhanced services and/or savings opportunities.
This report will allow TYS to recommend features / functionalities that can contribute to the mitigation of findings.
This information will contribute to enhancing, streamlining and automating supplier relationship management functions from initial request for onboarding to sunsetting supplier relationships.
This information will assist TYS in making recommendations for various approval workflows, thresholds of notifications and reporting.
This information will assist TYS in identifying key stakeholders and estimate change management impact.
To determine impact of TYS to departmental key performance indicators and budget.
This information will allow TYS to make recommendations on streamlining data exchange, enhancement and integration opportunities.
